John F. Pettinato, III. - Owner and Licensed General Contractor - License Number RG0060302

John oversees all of the day-to-day operations including scheduling of sub-contractors and our in-house crew. John has gained extensive knowledge of the building industry over the past 22 years and keeps updated with continuing education. He is a draftsman and designer and enjoys designing new homes, additions and remodeling projects. With his extensive knowledge, he has helped many clients make their home dreams come true.

Karen Pettinato - Estimator and Bookkeeper

Karen (John's wife) is the company's job estimator and bookkeeper. She orders materials and assists John with the scheduling of sub-contractors and our in-house crew. Karen works very closely with our clients on all aspects of their project.

Joe Pettinato - Construction Foreman

Joe (John's brother) has been with Pettinato Construction, Inc., for over 15 years. Joe's wonderful customer service skills cause all our clients to adore him. With Joe's experience and knowledge, he can handle almost anything that needs to be done and does it with a smile.

Chris Pettinato - Construction Foreman

Chris (John's younger brother) has been with Pettinato Construction for over 11 years. Our clients love Chris and his playfulness. He has that "I'll do whatever you want" attitude and likes a challenge. He loves to build and make things work.

Larry Takacs - Construction Clean-Up and Supplies Delivery

Larry is Karen's Dad. Larry works on a part time basis (usually in the A.M. hours only). Larry keeps all of our construction sites clean and orderly and assists John with materials deliveries. He is a joy to have on our crew.

Elaine Maduri - Part-time Bookkeeper

Elaine is Karen's sister. Elaine assists Karen in the office two days a week. She handles Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and works on the company's taxes. She is just now starting to learn about estimating to give Karen some relief. Elaine also is a part-time caterer and takes care of all of our company parties. Everyone loves her cooking!

John Pettinato IV "Johnny" - Part-Time helper

Our son, Johnny Pettinato, helps out on weekends and during school breaks. Johnny is 18 and learning the business. We love having him around!
